Description: The roads that form the corridor Eixo do Milho are an essential part of the mobility plan and the agricultural development plan to be implemented in Huíla.


Phase I: Beginning in the Caconda Municipal Seat and finishing in the Quipungo Municipal Seat – with a total length of 139,30 km.

Phase II: Beginning in the outskirts of Cabire and finishing in the Interprovincial road near Caluquembe – with a total length of 34,60 km.

Phase III: Beginning in the Cuvelai Municipal Seat and finishing on an existing road located in the outskirts of the Matala Municipal Seat – with a total length of 31,20 km.

Fase IV: DDivided into two segments, the main one beginning in the Caluquembe Municipal Seat and finishing in the existing road in Quilengues Municipal Seat. The second segment begins on the main segment near Gando and finishes in the intersection with the EN354 National Road – total length of 98,60 + 17,70 km.

Fase V: Beginning in the Caluquembe Municipal Seat and finishing on the border between the Province of Huíla and the Province of Benguela – with a total length of 34,00 km.
