Descrição: Expansion of the Southern Elevating System, which feeds an existing canal carrying water for several uses in Namibia.
The Southern Elevating System is mainly designed for the supply of water to Namibia. From the total peak flow of 7,4 m³/s a parcel of 1,4 m³/s will be diverged for consumption in Angola.
The Northern Elevating System, comprising a water intake in the right bank, followed by a elevating station, two ducts and an arrival reservoir.
The Northern Perimeter will aim to establish business oriented farmers in parcels of about 50 ha each. This was designed for a peak flow of 12 m³/s
